BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Nemetona Loyalty Card Scheme

This card is available to all customers.

It is the customers responsibility to present their card when making a purchase of £10 or over.
Stamps will not be given for purchases made previously, were the customer failed to present their card.
Spend £10.00, or more, in a single transaction and receive one reward stamp.
Collect 10 reward stamps and receive 10% off your 10th purchase.
As each card is completed a new card will be issued. It is the customers responsibility to look after their loyalty card(s). Lost cards cannot be replaced.
Collect 10 completed loyalty cards, and present these to Nemetona, and you will receive a 'Friends of Nemetona' discount card.
Cards have 'no cash value.'

The Friends of Nemetona Discount Card:

This Discount Card is issued when a customer presets 10 completed loyalty cards.

The customer must complete a simple Discount Card registration form.
The card is for use by the named person, the card is non-transferable.
Cardholders may be asked to show ID when using the discount card.
Cards may be retained if misuse/fraudulent use is suspected.
Cards have 'no cash value.'

THE LOYALTY & DISCOUNT CARDS CANNOT BE USED

In conjunction with any other discounts
Against items sold on behalf of independent artisans
Against services provided by independent therapists
The Loyalty & Discount Cards remain the property of Nemetona Ltd and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Gift Certificates

Nemetona gift certificates are available to buy in store, also online and by telephone. Minimum value is £10.00 and multiples of £5.00 thereafter. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and can be used in full or part payment for products and services.
Where the value of the purchase is less than the value of the certificate, no change is given however the balance can be used against a future purchase. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
Nemetona gift vouchers cannot be used as payment against Sale & Return items (crafters items)
Nemetona gift certificates must be presented at time of purchase.

Discounts & Promotions

From time-to-time Nemetona may offer promotions, discounts, rewards and free raffle draws. Discounts cannot be used against discounted items, independent therapy/workshop bookings or crafters items. Raffle prizes may not be exchanged for cash and must be used within the advertised period.

Buying 'On Tick'

We may, on occasion, agree to allow a customer to spread the cost of a more expensive item over a few weeks. If we agree such an arrangement, the customer will be issued with a Nemetona Gift Certificate to the value of each payment.

The certificates will only be valid for the period of the agreement and cannot be extended nor transferred,
The certificates can only be used to purchase the agreed item, as that item has been held in good faith.
Ownership of the item will not transfer to the customer until sufficient gift certificates have been returned to Nemetona.

Appointment & Event & Cancellations

When making an appointment, or booking onto an event, we request a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Generally, these payments are non-refundable or transferable. We will always make you aware of this at the time of booking.

Should you fail to attend an appointment, or not provide 24hr notice, full charges apply, the therapist or event organiser may also request full payment for future bookings.

We may, at our discretion, and only if sufficient notice has been given, waiver this policy. It is at our discretion, or that of the service provider, as to whether a full or partial refund is offered.

Refunds & Exchanges

You must retain your receipt. Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
